Before first use, use a mild detergent to wash inside of the stainless steel tumbler and lid.

Hand washing advised with mild detergent, no bleach, or abrasive cleaners recommended to preserve high resolution photo quality recommended

Dishwasher & microwaving not recommended.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact me for return instructions. 

If you like the product but there is a slight defect in the manufacturing process I will replace the product free of charge. Email me a photo and a brief description of the issue so I can send you a replacement.

I ship my products to you by FedEx. I use FedEx Ground which is normally the most economical.

For orders over $250.00 shipping is free.

If you want or need delivery for a special occasion, I can ship the product using FedEx Express. There will be an extra shipping charge for that service, I am happy to quote you a price. If you have a preferred carrier I can give you a price to use that carrier.
